WHO CAN ATTEND
Anyone who is in the Under 18 age group in 2013. So you must either be turning 15 in 2013, or turning 18 in 2013, or somewhere in between.
Please note that if you intend trialling for the Midlands Under 18 team, then there is a requirement to trial for the Waikato Hockey team also.
